EnerKey is a Finnish software company specializing in building management solutions that help property owners cut emissions and lower their environmental impact. Its SaaS software uses artificial intelligence to analyse buildings’ environmental impact and optimise the use of electricity and heat.
EnerKey was sold by Vaaka Partners to a Danish IT company EG A/S. The process was run by Alantra. Crescendo Partners prepared the management team for investor meetings.
