THE FUTURE OF E-LEARNING
Mintra is a Norwegian provider of on-demand digital learning and human capital management software for safety-critical industries worldwide. It has over 1.7 million users in industries such as maritime, energy and construction offering innovative solutions such as an online e-learning marketplace where companies can purchase training courses for their employees. As industry regulations and training needs grow around the world, there is a structural move to digital learning well underway…and the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated this even further.
Riverside completed the initial public offering of Mintra on the Merkur market of the Oslo Stock Exchange in October 2020. Pareto Securities AS and SpareBank 1 Markets AS were joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners for the offering.
Subsequently, Mintra hosted its inaugural Capital Markets Update along with its full year 2020 financial results on 25th February 2021 in an analyst and investor webcast with live Q&A.
Crescendo Partners was responsible for creating the IPO roadshow presentation and the Capital Markets Update presentation. Given global travel restrictions during this time, Crescendo Partners also coached and prepared the Mintra management team to deliver both these presentations virtually to a fully remote audience with presenters based in multiple countries.
