Solving people flow

Xovis is a Swiss technology company developing hardware and software solutions for managing people flow. It is the global market leader in airports – over 70 airports worldwide use its people tracking solutions to manage check-in, security control and passport control queues.

The Xovis auction process was run by GCA Altium out of Zurich. In the end the company was acquired by a Swiss private equity firm Capvis.

Crescendo Partners developed the management presentation for Xovis and prepared the management team for investor meetings.
