Monbake, a leader in the frozen bakery and pastry sector in Spain, has been sold by Ardian to CVC Capital Partners.

The company was created in 2018 through the combination of Berlys and Bellsolá, two legacy brands dating back to the 1890’s. Today, Monbake products are manufactured in several factories and sold nationwide to traditional bakeries, large retailers, HORECA, a wide network of branded shops and even beyond Spain into 30 export markets.
