Heytex, a global manufacturer of technical textiles, has been sold to Bencis Capital Partners.
Heytex serves a number of end markets with a wide range of applications including outdoor banners, truck tarps, biogas membranes, humanitarian tents and caravan awning just to name a few.
The sale process was run by Baird out of Frankfurt.
Crescendo Partners created the management presentation and coached the presenting team.
