SpecPage, a Swiss software company developing SaaS software for the food industry, has been sold to US-based software company Revalize.
SpecPage is a global leader in innovative product lifecycle and product data management process solutions specifically designed for food and beverage manufacturers. It offers user-friendly software solutions to complex aspects of product labelling for consumer packaged goods.
Crescendo Partners created the management presentation and prepared the management for investor meetings. The process was run by GCA Altium.
