Suanfarma, a Spanish pharmaceutical and nutraceutical ingredients company, has been sold by Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) to private equity firm Archimed.

Suanfarma is the go-to life sciences B2B partner for the pharma and nutra markets. It provides APIs and nutraceutical ingredients for both human and veterinary applications in over 70 countries worldwide.

Crescendo Partners prepared the management team for coffee chat meetings with investors and created the management presentation for this sale process. The process was run by Rothschild.
