Rolling out the future

Amadys, a leading European system integrator of end-to-end connectivity solutions for the telecom, infrastructure and energy markets, has been sold to ETC Group, a leading global provider to the telecom network and technology infrastructure industry.

France-based ETC Group will acquire a majority stake from Equistone Partners Europe. The sale process was run by Jefferies out of London.

Amadys has a strong local presence in its home market of Belgium as well as in the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, Denmark, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary, serving the telecom and energy sectors. The company provides a one-stop shop and solutions-orientated proposition, including co-development with suppliers, complete logistics management and on-site support, amongst others.

Crescendo Partners created a series of detailed management presentations covering all four major telecom divisions and the energy business, in addition to coaching the presenting team.
