ESAS is the leading telecommunications network services provider in the Benelux. It builds fiberoptic networks for clients such as KPN, Proximus and VodafoneZiggo and plays an important part in the roll out of smart metering in Belgium and Luxembourg. Esas was sold to a French IT group Circet, a portfolio company of Advent International, as part of Circet’s pan-European buy & build strategy.
