Swissbit, the leading European Internet of Things (IoT) company, was sold to a private equity firm Ardian.

Swissbit is the world’s leading specialist in high-quality storage media for mission-critical applications which are used in a broad range of applications, from data systems in fighter jets to high-end medical equipment. Together with Ardian as a strong global partner, Swissbit intends to continue and accelerate the internationalization of the company in North America and Asia.
